Jane Hennessy is with G2 Web Services, Head of External Alliances.
Jane will be both presenting and also exhibiting next month in Ohio at 2017 EPCOR Payments Conference in Columbus, OH.
What follows is her guest blog post.

I am very much looking forward to attending, and speaking at the upcoming EPCOR Payments Conference in Columbus, OH. I joined G2 Web Services about two years ago and have not actually attended the spring conference. I did, however, attend the fall conference which led to our interest in exhibiting at the spring conference. The fall event was well attended and we were encouraged by the many conversations we had at our booth. With that said, my team and I are looking forward to participating in May.

At G2, we provide Know Your Customer (KYC) solutions for financial institutions. We help organizations decrease uncertainty, improve BSA/AML regulatory compliance and grow their portfolios with a risk-based approach to managing business customers. We provide solutions to gain deeper visibility into third-party processor and third-party sender relationships through Business Customer Intelligence with our G2 KYC solutions.

While in my prior job as an Executive Vice President at Wells Fargo, I got to know many of the Regional Payments Associations staff and worked with them on various NACHA councils/forums over the years.  I have always admired the great job the RPAs do in terms of educating their members and making sure they keep current on the myriad of important issues facing the financial services industry.  They are a perfect example of “doing more with less” as they have small teams that provide excellent resources for financial institutions.  This conference will be a great opportunity for us to meet members and share information and solutions.

I’ll be leading a session titled “Rev up your KYC for SDA” on May 24. I do hope you’ll join me. This session will cover techniques to help you identify hidden risk in your business customer portfolio and provide insight into what extra tools you can use to vet and evaluate business customers before offering SDA. In the meantime, if you have any questions, feel free to contact us at kyc@g2webservices.com for more information.
