As an EPCOR member, I hope you’re familiar with the wide array of benefits available to and your entire organization. However, having such a plethora of benefits to utilize can sometimes result in a lack of awareness of the full list of benefits available to you.
Let’s take a deeper look at the top member benefits you should be utilizing!

1. Knowledge Community – The EPCOR Knowledge Community (where you’re reading this blog) is a private, members-only platform for payments resources, and a place for EPCOR members and staff to communicate, collaborate and share ideas. And, while you can read blog posts without logging in, everything else is locked down to members only. This community serves as a channel for members to access services, resources, peer-to-peer dialogue and committee activities. It houses discussion threads, blogs, news articles, payment systems resources, research studies, sample forms, statistics and more! All EPCOR members are pre-populated into the Community with a basic profile. If you have not yet activated that profile, you can do so with the same login you use for the EPCOR website. Once there, you can customize your profile, update your privacy settings and choose your subscription preferences. Tutorial videos and our EPCOR Knowledge Community User Guide are also available to walk you through the process. If you have trouble logging in, just give Member Support a shout.

2. Did You Know videos – These quick, animated videos explain a wide variety of payments topics in a quick, easy-to-understand format. Often only three to four minutes in length, these videos are perfect for passing information on to your staff or even your account holders! We encourage you to share these videos, including posting them on your website and using them to educate your staff and business clients. Check out the videos on YouTube, LinkedIn or our website.
3. Publications & Tools – If you are looking for a form, EPCOR likely has it! Our check and ACH toolkits provide a wide range of helpful tools, including a Breach of Warranty Form, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) Indemnity Forms, Affidavit of Unauthorized Remotely Created Check (RCC), ACH Stop Payment Form, ACH Written Statement of Unauthorized Debit, ATM/Debit Card Account Holder Dispute Checklist and more. We offer a range of quick reference tools that provide a quick and easy reference for your frontline, operations center and even for your corporate clients. 4. Electronic Resources License – Are you always on the lookout for cost-effective and convenient training options? You can ensure your entire staff has a solid foundation in payments rules and regulations with annual access to our Electronic Resources License. One flat fee of just $225 – $700 (based on the number of employees at your organization) covers all employees, providing access to our entire on-demand training library. 8. Liaison Services – You need a copy of an authorization and you’ve reached out to the ODFI but can’t get to the right person to get the information sent. EPCOR then shares feedback from our members forward with the inquiring agency. This means you can affect proposed changes to rules that impact your daily processing.
