It's that time again! It's the time I call Payment Systems Update ‘season’. It's like a CPA's busy season during tax time. It's that time of year where my husband forgets my name, my friends know I am not available for dinner and my mother-in-law (God bless her) knows she is going to play Mom to my 3 year old more than she will Grandma! It's that time of year when I know my Enterprise reps by name and my hotel rewards numbers by heart!
But I LOVE it! It is such a rush every day to see a new set of members with unique questions and unique concerns. People often ask me if it gets boring training the same information every day. NO WAY! While the message that I present every day is the same, each group comes to the class with different expectations and interests, and that makes my job so exciting!
