After wrapping up a successful 2024 at EPCOR, we're thrilled to share some exciting updates with our members!
Last year, our expert Advisory Services Team completed over 400 audits, risk assessments and consulting services across a wide range of payment systems. From RDC to wire transfer, RTP and more, we've helped organizations of all sizes ensure compliance, mitigate risk, enhance security and create efficiencies.
Continuing our commitment to exceptional service, we're excited to announce our team’s expansion! We now have a total of 12 auditors, each eager to collaborate with our members and provide the highest quality of services. Our new team members, Myranda Brown, Casey Demma and Luke Benning, are passionate about payments and are eager to make a positive impact.
With many years of combined experience in payments, risk management and compliance, Myranda, Casey and Luke bring valuable expertise to the team. Their diverse backgrounds in the payments industry enable them to provide insightful guidance and practical solutions to help our members navigate the complex landscape of financial services. We’re confident that their skills and dedication will contribute to the continued success and growth of our advisory services. When asked what they were most excited about in joining the Advisory Team, each shared their unique perspective:

Luke shared, "I'm excited to meet new people and help financial institutions better understand how payment systems work. In the past, I have been a member of EPCOR and attended many of their events. Through those events, I got to know the EPCOR staff and found my passion for payments."

Casey expressed, "I am most excited about working with such passionate people! Everyone really seems to love payments and what they do, and I cannot wait to learn from such a great team. After participating in the AAP Prep Program through EPCOR, I realized I really love payments. I met several EPCOR employees at conferences and felt right at home talking with them, so I knew I wanted to be part of their team!" |

Myranda added, “I am really excited to start learning and expanding my knowledge of payments. I am also excited to get to know all my coworkers. I attended several EPCOR webinars during my time at MRV Banks, and everyone always seemed to have so much fun while still helping their members learn. I always thought it looked like a great place to work, so when the opportunity presented itself, I took it!”

In addition to their passion for payments, each team member brings a wealth of expertise, bolstered by their professional certifications. Myranda recently earned her Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification, showcasing her deep knowledge of ACH payments. Casey already held her AAP certification and recently added the Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) designation to her credentials, further enhancing her expertise in managing payments risk. Luke, who earned his AAP certification in 2020, brings his extensive experience to the team, ensuring our advisory services remain at the forefront of industry standards and best practices.
