I have the pleasure of being EPCOR’s Member Services Director. The best part of my job has always been my interactions with you, our members. Very perplexing to me though, is that we receive comments from far too many members saying things like we didn’t know we could call with questions, or we didn’t know that EPCOR has a staff of auditors who can do our ACH Audit of Compliance or an ACH Risk assessment, or, I just found out EPCOR answers questions on things other than the ACH!
Today and throughout 2013, EPCOR is on a mission to spread awareness to the far reaches of our territory. Awareness of who EPCOR is and what EPCOR offers! To that end, we are expanding our efforts to obtain updated contact information. For all of our current member contacts, and to encourage you to let your co-workers know who we are, what we do and have them add themselves as a contact so that we can communicate with them directly. We ask that you provide us with your US Mail addresses as well as your email addresses. Also, please make sure that we ask that your email addresses are valid, meaning that you have not unsubscribed from our emails and that those emails will pass through your firewalls.
You may have as many of your institution’s contacts listed in our database as you wish, be that 3 or 100, and each one can each call our MEMBERS ONLY toll free number with payments related questions, attend training, have access to the website, the Knowledge Community – all of your member benefits.
Update your profile on the Knowledge Community, on the EPCOR website after logging in, (under My EPCOR Profile), or by sending an email to memserve@epcor.org.
You could even add an annually recurring reminder to your calendar, just like the one that’s there for changing your smoke alarm batteries each year, “Update EPCOR contact info!”
