Can you feel the excitement in the air? It’s almost Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) season! For myself, this is truly an invigorating time of the year. I genuinely enjoy helping EPCOR members attain this important and beneficial accreditation!

In anticipation of this year’s AAP Prep Program, I thought I’d share the top five reasons I personally find the AAP Prep Program to be so fulfilling.

  1. Student Potential – While every student may not succeed, I believe every student has the potential for success. Each class presents new challenges and new potential successes – and that is exciting!
  2. Light Bulb Moments – Making payments understandable is our main objective for the AAP Prep Program. I LOVE when students have those ‘aha’ moments; moments when they really understand the material and have confidence that they are going to pass the exam.
  3. Student Successes – It is exhilarating knowing I helped someone understand a concept and sharing in a student’s joy when they pass the AAP exam is extremely satisfying!
  4. Affecting the Future – AAPs are in high demand! It’s thrilling to know EPCOR has helped numerous individuals over the years reach the highest level of payments excellence, both for themselves and for our member organizations.
  5. Summers Off – Oh, wait! We don’t get summers off. Instead, we’re just starting our AAP Prep Program training and looking forward to another successful exam year!
Now you know why I look forward to the AAP Prep Program each year. You should also know that most of our students are surprised at how much they sincerely enjoy the AAP Prep Program as well. Through all the hard work and studying we always have a lot of fun, building new friendships and great memories along the way. The AAP Prep Program kicks off May 5th. I hope you will join me this summer!
