ACH Operators
FedACH is operating normally. Check the Federal Reserve’s website for a current service status or contact FedACH Central Operations Support at 866-234-5681.
EPN is operating normally from its primary location which is not in the path of Hurricane Sandy or expected to be impacted by the storm. EPN Customer Service Contact number is 800-875-2242.
OCC
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has authorized national banking associations and federal savings associations, at their discretion, to close offices in areas affected by the storm.
