Log on to the EPCOR Knowledge Community (community.epcor.org).
Locate the annual free ACH Quick Reference Guide in the All Member community.
Using the Guide, find the answer to this question: On what page can the ACH Basics section of the Guide be found?
Using the Knowledge Community navigation bar click on the “Directory” tab.
Search for Chat Coats by entering ‘Chat’ in the first name field and ‘Coats’ in the last name field. Then click ‘Find Members.’
To the right of Chat’s profile picture select ‘Send a Message’
Send a private message to Chat with the answer to the question under step three.
