The September 15, 2017, implementation date of Same Day ACH Phase 2 will enable ACH
Network participants to benefit from same-day processing and settlement of qualified ACH
debits in addition to ACH credits. Additionally, as announced last week, the U.S.
Treasury has committed to participating in Same Day ACH beginning September 15, 2017,
in a phased implementation.
