NACHA encourages financial institutions to participate in an FI-to-FI peer group ACH Benchmarking Survey. The survey will collect information from both ODFIs and RDFIs on ACH transaction loss and loss prevention data, with the goal of analyzing trends to identify both specific risks and risk mitigators related to ACH transactions. All submitted information will be held confidential and will be shared only in aggregate.
