I am pleased to announce that Kimberly K. Martin, AAP has joined the EPCOR staff as the Director, Third-Party Services. In this capacity, Kimberly will be developing and executing association programs to support our financial institution members in identifying and managing third-party relationships, as well as providing education and support to Third-Parties to assist them in maintaining compliance with the NACHA Operating Rules and related industry regulations and guidance. She will also leverage her extensive audit background to conduct ACH Rules Compliance Audits and Risk Assessments for third-party senders and processors.
Kimberly brings over 30 years’ experience in bank operations and audit services to her role at EPCOR. She earned her AAP in 2007, is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), holds an accreditation in Internal Quality Validation/Assessment and a certificate in Fraud Investigation and is currently completing training to become a Certified Compliance Officer.
