As the ACH Electronic Banking Officer, I am responsible for coordinating all ACH operational and compliance activities. This includes maintaining policies and procedures, remaining current on regulatory changes, and staying abreast of new legislation that could impact e-Banking. I manage a team of at least 3 full-time employees, and we work with Treasury Management to setup new ACH originators/third party senders, review ACH exposure exceptions, working commercial lenders and/or credit to adjust as necessary, and monitoring ACH Originators for compliance to the ACH Rules. I started at Lake City Bank in 1999, became an AAP in 2001, an APRP in 2023, and have always worked in the ACH department.
I am enjoying life with my husband, Tony, and our rescue, Titan; Each day brings something new - spending time with the grandkids and great-grandkids, gardening and - now that his commitments to the country fair and sponsoring Zombies Alive! (a paintball arcade held in conjunction with our local haunted house) has come to an end - looking forward to some traveling. We’re looking forward to visiting some local attractions on weekends – a nationally recognized blue-grass festival, the Underground Railroad Museum, the Creation Museum/Ark, and the Grand Ol’ Oprey/Nashville area.
